Coffee Lab International is outfitted with all of the state-of-the-art equipment to analyze & evaluate coffee in all of its forms including green, roasted, soluble, and extracts.

CLI's expert team evaluates green coffee components & roasted production samples to facilitate clients in maintaining their coffee's consistency & high quality. We often assist in the development or modification of specification & sensory profiles, which is the first stage of establishing a QA program.

CLI's sensory panel evaluates the attributes of green & roasted coffees including fragrance, aroma, body, acidity levels, flavor, & finish. The sensory performance, combined with the results of a battery of physical tests can provide insight & uncover problems with components, roasting, and/or packaging.
